Family Service Advisors

Our Family Service Advisors are a dedicated team who attend to the needs of the families we serve. As Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens caters for the needs of all the families and communities of the North Shore, it is our caring Family Service Advisors that lead our service delivery by assisting you with information, guidance and practical advice regarding all aspects of memorialisation.

To the greatest extent possible you will deal with only one Family Service Advisor to ensure consistency of service.

Our Family Service Advisors are supported by our Concierge, who is located at the main administration office. Our Concierge is responsible for ensuring all visitors to our gardens receive the highest level of professional attention.

Grounds Staff

Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens is professionally maintained by our team of dedicated grounds staff. They are highly skilled individuals with qualifications in horticulture, landscaping and design.

The care these staff extend goes not only to the renewal and maintenance of our award winning gardens, but also to the creation of the memorials that families choose.

When a family chooses to memorialise a loved one at Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens, ongoing maintenance of the finished memorial is provided and is another reason why many families choose us as the final resting place for their loved one. You will see members of our grounds staff in and around the gardens on a continual basis performing a variety of tasks. If you require any assistance while in our gardens, you can ask a member of the grounds team and they will assist you.
